C-2-C Founder and Managing Director David Pollard has 20 years of experience in the international corporate world during which he also worked to raise awareness of global corporate diversity issues within the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community. David has lived in six countries and speaks four languages fluently. His affinity for international issues and his ability to create solutions that support the needs of business and diverse communities, has led to ground-breaking results in the formation of new policies and practices for all of the communities he is involved with.
